6. To post copyrighted content that does not belong to you that would breach term of use licenses.
You may use our website logo for advertisement or blogging purposes but you must not take our, or the MBA logo, to use it for your own monetary benefit or set up competitive websites/ companies using these logos.
8. Use our messaging services, discussion areas, feeds or forums to advertise products or your company without the permission of the admin and without a sponsorship agreement between the MBA and yourself/ represented company.
9. Suspension and terms of service
9.1 By You
You can terminate your account on the website at any time or unsubscribe from the emails at ay time. Terminations of this service will mean member access will immediately be revoked and any other additional service will be retracted. You will be immediately informed of the termination of your account via email. If you fail to cancel your in-person ticket- for any other reason that is not covid-related- before 2 weeks before the event you cannot then be refunded for your ticket.
9.2 By Us
If you break any of the listed policies then we have the right to deactivate your account and remove you from our website until the end of the event. The MBA membership team will also be informed, if you are a member, and your MBA membership could also be revoked with no-refund.
